Learn the basics and foundations needed to start holding a straight handstand. You'll learn how to strengthen your body and how to balance on your hands.

Learn to understand where your body is upside down so you're no longer questioning what your body is doing.  No more guess work to what exercises you need to do.

Get follow along warm up, flexibility and mobility routines. You'll conquer the fear of falling and how to kick up to actually hold a handstand.

You'll get programs to help you to know where to start and to make progress.
